Responsibilities:

• Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and develop online training content
• Coordinate leadership programs and employee development initiatives
• Organize employee engagement activities and communication sessions
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative tasks
• Help with employer branding through social media content

Requirements:

• Candidates with a positive and proactive attitude who are eager to learn and grow
• Comfortable working with digital tools, including LMS and AI tools like ChatGPT
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Degree in Business, HR, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
