Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters for both Malaysia and Singapore entities.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Manage Singapore Work Permit (WP) and Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, agencies, and external vendors on immigration and employment-related matters.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable Malaysian and Singapore employment regulations.
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and manpower-related analysis when required.
• Support other HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
• Initially based in Johor Bahru (JB), with potential relocation to Banting, Selangor next year depending on project requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Min 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to both Malaysia and Singapore HR operations.
• Hands-on experience in handling Singapore Work Permit (WP) and Employment Pass (EP) matters is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian and Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience in HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, and payroll coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees from different locations/entities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential HR information.

Salary Range: RM4k - RM6k
