Job Description

**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.
* Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts effectively and fairly.
* Administer performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
* Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
* Conduct HR-related training and development sessions for employees.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
* Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
* Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
* Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
