Job Description

Executive – Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

The HRBP Executive supports business units by aligning HR strategies with organisational goals. The role includes managing employee relations, supporting recruitment and performance management processes, facilitating HR initiatives and providing guidance on HR policies to enhance workforce effectiveness and organisational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement effective people strategies.

  • Lead performance management, employee engagement, and talent development programs.

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational planning.

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Analyse HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.

  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) would be an advantage.
