Responsibilities: Liaise with recruitment agencies on new worker hires and ensure recruitment activities are compliant to local laws and fair employment practices. Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations. Monitor MYE usage closely and preparation on MYE reports as and when required Manage and process payroll for all construction workers on a timely basis, Manpower planning and forecast. Administer exit process. Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
