Responsibilities Maintain and update employees' records such as bio-data, annual leave, medical leave, training leave and all related records. In-charge of monthly employee payroll and assist to check on foreign workers salary payment Preparation of monthly job-costing allocation. Assist HR Manager in formulating and administering human resources policies handbook and periodical update when necessary. Manage and maintain all administration duties related to HR issues staff orientation, leave, letter of appointment, confirmation, performance appraisal, recruitment etc. Responsible for all immigration related issues such as apply / renew / terminate of Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependent Pass and PR application. Comply with regulatory submissions (eg., IRAS, CPF, Mindef, etc) and submission of training grants application. Arrange and organize companys event (eg. birthday party, year-end Chinese New year Heng Kang, etc)
Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. Meticulous and positive working attitude. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar with AGHRM and Prosoft system is preferable Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources. Full-Time position(s) available.
