 Main duties:

• Support daily HR functions and maintain accurate employee records
• Coordinate end-to-end processes from onboarding to offboarding, including probations and contract updates
• Draft employment contracts, policy updates, and HR correspondence
• Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Manage logistics for performance appraisals, training, and staff wellbeing initiatives
• Ensure adherence to company policies and Maltese employment law

What skills do you need?

• A minimum of 2 years in a comparable HR position
• Solid grasp of the full employee lifecycle and contemporary HR methodologies
• Exceptional organizational capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage independent projects while contributing effectively to team goals
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Shireburn Software is a plus
• Demonstrated capacity for maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
• Fully bilingual in English and Maltese

 Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
