Job Title – HR Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support human resources operations within a dynamic educational environment. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviews.Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.Handle employee grievances in a professional manner.
HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.Prepare HR letters, contracts, and official correspondence.Manage attendance, leave records, and HR systems.Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.Support audits and compliance checks.
Performance Management & DevelopmentAssist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.Support training and development initiatives.Track employee performance and development plans.Coordinate training programs and workshops.
Reporting & CoordinationPrepare HR reports and analytics for management.Coordinate with finance, administration, and academic teams.Support HR projects and initiatives.Ensure smooth communication across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the education sector.Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices is preferred.
