Job Identification


Works directly with the organization's leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals.
Executes all HR processes for GO employees according to CCI policiesandprocedures.
Implements and develops the processes for GO teams in terms of main policies designed by CoE teams and advises on HR regarding policyandprocedure creation.
Partner with people managers in the relevant Group Office functions to develop and implement people strategies.

What We Expect

  • Partner with management to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on organizational, people, and workforce-related decisions.
  • Ensure effective communication and application of HR policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Lead and support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, internal and external hiring, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and assess candidate fit.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are conducted in line with company policies and governance standards.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Support the design and execution of talent management initiatives, including talent reviews and identification of high‑potential employees.
  • Support succession planning processes to ensure leadership pipeline continuity.
  • Partner with leadership to assess workforce capabilities and future talent needs.
  • Support internal mobility and career development initiatives.
  • Identify learning and development needs in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of training programs, workshops, and capability development initiatives.
  • Promote continuous learning culture and capability building across the organization.
  • Support the implementation and application of the Talent Development Framework (TDF).
  • Support managers and employees in understanding development pathways and career progression.
  • Support the end‑to‑end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Advise managers on performance evaluation, development planning, and feedback practices.
  • Support performance calibration discussions and follow‑up actions.
  • Support the execution of employee engagement surveys and related initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement results and partner with leadership on action planning and follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with hands‑on HR Business Partner exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and people governance practices.
  • Proven experience across core HR areas including talent management, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to advise and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
