We are seeking an HR Executive to join our HR Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring that payroll and HR operations for Turkey and Group Office employees are executed in compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and procedures. The position also involves managing all statutory obligations and payroll processes on an end-to-end basis.

What We Expect

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly payroll processes conducted via SAP.
  • Perform pre‑ and post‑payroll controls, analyze variances, and implement necessary corrections.
  • Prepare Social Security Declarations (SGK e‑Bildirge) and Withholding & Premium Service Returns, and coordinate their system submission and approval within statutory deadlines.
  • Manage all statutory and special payment processes following the payroll cycle; ensure compliance of hires, terminations, deductions, and notifications with applicable legislation.
  • Coordinate payroll closing processes and ensure timely communication to relevant stakeholders (HR, Finance, etc.).
  • Coordinate and execute year-end payroll activities, difference payrolls, and special payroll applications, including related system enhancements.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of payroll and personnel data; monitor compliance with KVKK and company data security policies.
  • Provide required documentation and support internal and external audits related to payroll processes.
  • Monitor changes in payroll and labor legislation, adapt processes accordingly, and inform relevant teams.
  • Plan and coordinate the work planning and coordination of team members involved in payroll operations.
  • Systematically track, manage, and coordinate all payroll‑related system developments.
  • Prepare and consolidate payroll‑related data for internal and group‑level data requests.

Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Business Administration and Engineering)
  • Advanced level of English
  • 4-6 Years of overall experience
  • Know-how on SSI legislation, SAP, Labor Law legislations is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll, Social Security, and labor law legislation
  • Experience with SAP payroll applications
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills
  • Strong awareness of confidentiality and data security
  • Effective time management and ability to work under pressure during peak periods
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
