Job Description

Company Background

We are representing our client, a leading company in the F&B industry. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join their team based in Eco Santuari, Rimbayu


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage full recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding.

  • Process monthly payroll and resolve payroll queries.

  • Prepare HR letters and manage employee records.

  • Drive employee engagement and support HR projects (performance, L&D).

  • Handle HRDF claims and training fund utilization.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and Malaysian labor laws.

  • Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and counselling.

  • Oversee insurance, license renewals, and government liaising.

  • Support office administration and outlet coordination.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of related working experiences.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resourceful and pleasant personality.
  • Knowledge of SQL Financial Accounting & SQL Payroll software is a plus point.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday// 9am - 6pm
