Executive - HR Operations

Konnect BPO Technologies is a dynamic and forward-thinking business process outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering exceptional customer service solutions to clients across various industries.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Konnect BPO Technologies.

Working Location : Dehiwala
Working Hours : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational requirements.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Experience and qualifications :

• A professional qualification in HR
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the Sri Lankan labor and employment laws
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
