A leading CSP based in Valletta, Malta, is looking for an HR Executive to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR operational and administrative duties while supporting strategic HR initiatives.
The chosen candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR processes, employee engagement, and overall HR service delivery within the organisation.
This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €35K, depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Assist with daily HR operations
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee profiles
Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation monitoring, evaluations, contract updates, and offboarding
Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, updates, and policies
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
Schedule interviews, performance appraisals, training sessions, and HR-related meetings
Maintain and update internal databases and HR systems
Coordinate internal events and wellbeing initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR procedures, company policies, and Maltese employment law
Support HR projects and any pending tasks within the department as needed
Education, Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in an HR role in Malta
Fluency in Maltese and English at a C2/native level, both written and spoken
Strong understanding of the HR cycle and HR best practices
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
Knowledge of Shireburn Software is a plus
High level of discretion and confidentiality
