Role: Surge(Processing) Support

9 hour work days/180DCAP

Desired Skills:

Previous Experience working with state governmental agencies as an eligibility specialist

Previous technology adoption project experience in integrated eligibility

Previous field support and/or training experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain resolve under pressure

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate data from various electronic and other sources to enter information into a computer- based  eligibilty program

Compute benefits base on eligibility determination

Use fact-finding techniques to obtain, relate and evaluate information provided by applicants

Read, understand, apply and explain detailed regulations and policies

Perform basic math functions

Manage time efficiently by establishing priorities in accordance with importance of deadlines.
