Job Description
We are seeking a business-focused HR Director to lead the delivery of HR initiatives for key functions within Quantinuum while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. This role will be responsible for driving talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, and human resources programs that support Quantinuum's continued growth and innovation.
The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams, foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, and ensure people practices align with organizational objectives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership-level HR Business Partner or HR management experience.
- Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, worker granted asylum, or refugee status.
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
WE VALUE:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders in a complex, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, performance management, and talent management practices.
- Experience supporting engineering, research and development, manufacturing, or technology organizations.
- Proven success leading organizational change, leadership development, and talent strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging people data to drive business decisions.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Ability to influence effectively across all levels of the organization.
