About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Compliance Officer to join EBC Tech Limited on a full-time basis Based in Admiralty, Central and Western District, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office, enabling key stakeholders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the company’s business operations, collaborate closely with department leaders, and deliver targeted and effective HR solutions to support business development.
• Lead the optimization of HR processes, drive operational efficiency improvement, and align HR operations with business strategic goals.
• Review and enhance HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle practices to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to diagnose organizational pain points, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Assist in talent management, including talent review, succession planning, and key talent retention within the business units.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication across teams.
• Provide professional HR advisory and support services for employee relations management and various people management matters, helping resolve related issues effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience in human resources, with proven experience in HRBP or business partnering roles being preferred.
• Possess strong business acumen, take the initiative to quickly grasp the core needs of the business and translate them into HR actionable strategies.
• Hands-on experience in HR process optimization and project implementation, with a track record of driving measurable improvements.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholders management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent Mandarin is a must.
