Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & Strategy

• Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Serve as a key advisor on all people-related matters at the leadership level
• Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop HR managers to elevate performance and productivity
• Oversee leadership development and training programs across the organization
• Build and inspire a high-performing HR team

Talent & Employee Engagement

• Develop innovative strategies to strengthen talent acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Cultivate a strong workplace culture aligned with the agency's mission and values
• Champion initiatives that support employee wellbeing and long-term growth

HR Operations & Compliance

• Streamline HR processes to drive operational efficiency across the department
• Ensure full compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations
• Enhance HR systems to deliver data-driven insights and solutions

Qualifications

• Extensive HR leadership experience, preferably in homecare or healthcare
• Proven track record managing and inspiring diverse teams
