Job Description
The HR Director will provide strategic leadership and operational
oversight across all human resources and administrative functions. This role
ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while
maintaining a compliant, engaging, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Management
- Lead talent acquisition
initiatives, ensuring timely and quality hires aligned with organizational
needs and future growth plans.
- Oversee onboarding,
orientation, and employee integration programs.
- Manage employee relations,
including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and policy
communication.
- Drive engagement activities
that strengthen company culture and collaboration.
- Develop and implement
learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and
leadership readiness.
- Manage performance and career
development frameworks to support succession planning and talent growth.
- Oversee compensation and
benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and compliance.
2. Administrative Operations
- Establish and implement
administrative policies and procedures to support an organized and safe
work environment.
- Supervise facilities
management, space planning, security, and maintenance.
- Manage procurement,
budgeting, and logistics for office equipment, supplies, and services.
- Coordinate corporate events,
meetings, and other organizational activities.
3. HR Data Management and Reporting
- Generate and analyze
workforce metrics including attrition, demographics, and compensation
data.
- Present periodic HR and
administrative reports with actionable insights for management
decision-making.
- Maintain accuracy and
confidentiality of HR information systems and employee records.
4. Compliance and Policy Governance
- Ensure HR and administrative
practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with legal and
compliance teams on policy updates and regulatory adherence.
- Maintain proper documentation
and record management aligned with corporate standards.
5. Special Projects
- Lead initiatives related to
digital transformation, policy enhancement, and process improvement within
HR and Administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human
Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
advanced degree or HR certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of
experience in progressive HR leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor
laws, HR best practices, and employee relations management.
- Proficient in MS Office and
HRIS applications.
- Excellent interpersonal,
presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized,
detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Strong sense of integrity,
discretion, and professionalism.
- Willing to work on a hybrid
