• Gather client requirements and implement the system
• Provide consultancy for a client on best practices in Performance Management Talent Management and Recruitment
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement Performance Management ,Talent Management, and Recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Assist clients in setting up applications appropriate to client requirements
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance understanding and adoption of Performance Management, Talent Management, and Recruitment best practices
• Report to the manager about client needs and problems regularly

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience handling Performance Management, Talent Management, or having experience in an HRIS company
• Required skill(s): Knowledgeable of People Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Project Management
• Good analysis
• Good presentation skill
• Comfortable with meeting clients
• Fast learner and independent
• Having good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure
