Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Maintain employee records and oversee key processes including onboarding, promotions, and exits
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate training programmes and development activities
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with Maltese Employment Law
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Maltese Employment Law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
