Primary Responsibilities
Performs employee data management and administration
Provides management reports
Specific Responsibilities
Data Management and Reporting
Leads the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems including but not limited to creation, update and deletion (HRIS, HRMS, Kudos, Workday, APAC)
Handles confidential information in view of HRIS data management in Workday.
Supports all HR systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and human resources end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (document management systems and software)
Identify and evaluate initiatives and points of improvements in carrying data management
Directly liaises with the provider of any issues encountered
Partner with the business leaders, managers, stakeholders and providers to develop, initiate possible technology solutions to further streamline and automate HR processess
Leads the HRIS team in preparing and ensuring availability of management reports every month on a timely mannger (eg. Attrition report gender diversity) with t
Prepares reports needed for CS reporting and other local and global mandated reports in coordination with the HRIS team
Develops standard and adhoc reports as required
Assists in transformation, evaluation and presentation of data
Prepares reports needed / required by the government (eg: NSO Occupancy)
Administers 201 files and other HR documents related to Compben in ArchiveOne system
Monitors documents for storage and retention Prepares Supplier Change Request

Manages RT system related to Compensation and Benefits
Monitor status of tickets following the team’s KPI turn-around time
Conducts Shine orientation to new hires
Conducts refresher orientation on benefits and timekeeping system
Ensures compliance with data privacy guidelines and identify any issues that may arise
Identifies and participates in the continuous improvement initiatives
Keeps abreast with the latest rulings on data management required by DOLE, BIR and other government agencies
Performs other duties as assigned
