Support HR and business decision-making by ensuring high-quality HR data and converting workforce data into meaningful trends, insights, and dashboards. The role focuses on data monitoring, data integrity, reporting automation, and insight generation while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality standards.

HR Data Management & Data Quality:
- Monitor HR data to identify anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy through regular auditing and adherence to data governance practices.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality when handling sensitive people data;
- Maintain and actively contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of the HR Data Governance Guidelines.
Dashboards, Reporting & Self‑Service Analytics:
- Maintain and continuously enhance HR dashboards (e.g., people dashboard, recruitment dashboard, workforce planning) and standardized reporting packs;
- Automate recurring HR reports to improve efficiency, consistency, and reduce manual effort;
- Oversee and ensure optimal functionality of HR systems (e.g., Workday, HR Portal) and reporting platforms, particularly in relation to data accuracy and reporting outputs;
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory, group, and local requirements,
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and data improvements; recommend and implement effective, scalable solutions.
Trend Analysis & Insights:
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support HR initiatives and strategic decision-making;
- Translate complex data into clear, meaningful narratives tailored to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding;
- Produce short insight narratives (e.g., “what changed / why it matters / recommended actions”) for leaders and HR partners;
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams and end-users on analytics tools, dashboards, and data interpretation to drive adoption and data literacy.
Compliance / Regulatory Reporting Support:
- Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes;
- Contribute to the predictive analytics related to people data to generate insights for HR leadership and cross-functional leaders, informing decisions on people initiatives.
HR Systems & Data Enablement:
- Work with HR Tech to resolve data or reporting issues that impact analytics and operations;
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of data flows across the employee lifecycle to ensure data consistency and usability;
- Act as a data steward and liaison across HR functions to promote data governance;
- Maintain simple user guidance or reporting definitions (data dictionary, KPI definitions, report logic) to improve adoption and consistency.
- Participate in Group-level HR data initiatives, projects, or HR Data Communities to stay aligned with global standards and emerging best practices, apply for LBU to enhance HR data capabilities and maturity.
Other tasks are assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Intelligence / Information Systems / Information Technology preferred).
- Minimum ~3 years’ experience in a Data Analyst (or equivalent) role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR data structures; experience in data extraction/manipulation is a plus.
- Prior experience in the HR domain is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
- Stakeholder engagement with customer service mindset.
- Strong English communication skills in a professional, English-speaking environment
- High discretion when dealing with sensitive people data.
