The role
You will deliver accurate and meaningful people reporting, analysis and insights that support decision-making across UniSuper. You will contribute to improving and automating HR reporting processes, dashboards and datasets while supporting the responsible use of AI-enabled solutions.
About you
You bring demonstrated experience in people reporting, workforce data analytics and insights, with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. You enjoy analysing data, improving reporting products and communicating clear insights to non-technical stakeholders.
