Responsibilities: Manage application, renewal & cancellation of work pass for foreign workers Monitor, update of CSOC course for workers Tabulate worker monthly wages Monitor and constantly update employee and workers annual leave, medical leave and expenses on quarterly basis Enrol courses for employee as directed by Project Director / Project Manager / HOD Manage and arrange insurance bond for new joining workers Prepare man-year application and record of man-year allocation Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis Assist in preparing HR statistical reports, MOM surveys etc Support in the day-to-day HR duties Other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned
