You will responsible for leading the design, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Core HR and Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) landscape. The role acts as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that HR processes, data models, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements align with business requirements and project objectives.
Manage Core HR / Employee Central Configuration and Data Mode: Develop, configure, and maintain the Core HR and Employee Central data model.
Ensure system configuration aligns with project objectives during implementation and operational phases.
Manage enhancements and system evolution activities.
Lead Core HR Process Design and Optimizatio
Develop and maintain key HR processes including:(Hiring, Employee movements, Promotions, Terminations)
Coordinate Testing, Validation, and User Adoption
Act as the Main Point of Contact for BPOs and Technical teams
Drive Governance, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Master's degree in computer science / information technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
7-to-10-year experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS project at a global level
Fluent in English
Experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), ideally in a global environment with whether at a consulting company or in an internal team.
Certification on SAP SuccessFactors employee central
Administration and convert them into technical design.
Ability to understand business needs regarding Security & Access management for employee's data administration. Knowledge in specific regulations regarding HRIS solution and GDPR
