We have an opening for an HR Coordinator who will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in the Human Resources area.You will facilitate day-to-day HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and contributing to interview processes.

Main Missions :


  • Support daily operations meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and follow-up.

  • Contribute to recruitment decisions and workforce planning (direct & indirect hiring, SIOP alignment).

  • Monitor headcount, support internal mobility, and participate in promotion processes.

  • Maintain positive employee relations and liaise with employee representatives.

  • Oversee HR services (transport, canteen, medical, insurance) and control related costs.

  • Manage time & attendance and ensure compliance with procedures.

  • Track HR KPIs and implement action plans to meet targets.

  • Handle administrative processes (contracts, onboarding, employee files, official documents).

  • Support legal matters and follow up on litigation cases.
  • Ensure accurate HR data management and SAP updates.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources management
