About the role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised HR Coordinator – Recruitment to join our Global HR team, based at our Shared Service Center in Kochi, Kerala, India.
In this role, you will support recruitment activities across multiple countries and work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues around the world.
As part of a lean Talent Acquisition team, you will take ownership of key recruitment activities and help ensure that our recruitment processes are efficient, professional, and provide a positive experience from application through to onboarding.
We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with candidates, comfortable conducting initial screenings, highly organised, and able to manage several recruitment processes at the same time. You should also be digitally confident and comfortable working across different ATS and people management systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

What you will do
Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant recruitment channels.
Review and screen applications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and suitability.
Publish, update, and manage job advertisements in our ATS, Teamtailor.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across different countries and time zones.
Maintain professional, timely, and engaging communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work across different HR, recruitment, ATS, HRIS, and people management systems to maintain accurate candidate and employee information and support efficient HR processes.
Provide administrative and system support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities progress on time.
Support preboarding and onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to employment.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and support reporting and data management.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and ways of working.
Collaborate with colleagues across our international organisation to support consistent and high-quality global HR service delivery.
Who are you?
You are an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys working with people, systems, and processes.
You are structured, proactive, and service-minded, with the ability to take ownership and work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
You are comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously and have a strong eye for detail. You understand that successful recruitment requires not only efficient processes, but also clear communication and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You are also confident speaking with candidates. You know how to ask relevant questions, understand their experience and motivation, and make an initial assessment of their suitability for a role.
You are digitally confident and enjoy working with different systems. You are able to navigate ATS and HR/people management platforms, maintain accurate data, and quickly learn new tools and technologies.
We believe you have
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment coordination.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms.
A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Hands-on experience supporting recruitment processes from application screening through interview coordination and candidate communication.
Experience conducting phone screenings or initial candidate interviews.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Experience working with HRIS, HR, or people management systems and the ability to confidently navigate different platforms.
Strong digital and systems skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
Experience working in an international company or organisation, preferably with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
A strong focus on service, quality, and candidate experience.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
