MPA provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada.

The HR Coordinator, Recruiting (Temp) is a non-exempt, hourly position responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on full-cycle onboarding coordination, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication, ensuring a compliant and seamless onboarding experience for new hires in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Coordination
    • Support full-cycle onboarding from offer acceptance through start date
    • Prepare and track onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements
    • Coordinate new hire orientation schedules and logistics
  • Data Entry & Systems Support
    • Accurately enter and maintain candidate and employee data in HRIS/ATS systems
    • Ensure records are complete, compliant, and audit-ready
    • Maintain onboarding trackers and documentation logs
  • Reporting & Administrative Support
    • Generate ad-hoc reports related to recruiting and onboarding activities
    • Track onboarding progress and provide status updates to stakeholders
    • Support maintenance of recruiting dashboards and data files
  • Communication & Follow-Up
    • Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
    • Proactively follow up with managers and stakeholders regarding onboarding status and outstanding items
    • Manage high-volume email communication related to onboarding processes


Employment Type - Hourly Wage

Compensation - The expected hiring range for this position is $26.13 - 38.55, depending on experience and qualifications.
