The HR Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee lifecycle activities, employee support services, employment documentation, and HR administrative processes. This role serves as a primary point of contact for routine employee requests and ensures timely and accurate completion of onboarding, offboarding, employment verification, and related administrative activities while maintaining accurate employee records and providing excellent employee service.
Associate degree or equivalent education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in HR administration, employee services, shared services, or a related administrative role preferred.
Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, employee records, or employee service requests preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.
Ability to follow established processes and procedures while appropriately escalating issues requiring additional support.
