As part of our Global HR team, you will play a key role in enabling our organisation through high-quality HR processes, reliable people data, and effective digital HR solutions. The role is based at our Shared Service Office in Kochi, Kerala, India.

Your Role: Driving Global HR Operations & Data Excellence

As HR Coordinator, you will be part of our global HR function, supporting managers, employees, and HR colleagues across the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring high-quality HR data and supporting our global HR systems, enabling our business to make informed decisions based on reliable people data.

You will act as one of the first points of contact for HR system-related questions, helping users navigate our digital HR landscape while continuously improving processes and ways of working. You will also work proactively to monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with local HR teams and system administrators to ensure our global HR information remains accurate and up to date.

As our HR function continues to evolve, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and the implementation of new ways of working.

Your Responsibilities

As HR Coordinator, you will:

  • Maintain high-quality employee data across our global HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Monitor data quality through reporting and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Support managers, employees, and HR colleagues with questions related to HR systems, processes, and policies.
  • Act as a first-line support for our global HR systems and coordinate with system owners or external vendors when required.
  • Produce regular HR reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support business decisions and HR initiatives.
  • Support user administration, organisational structures, and security roles within our HR systems.
  • Maintain and continuously improve HR documentation, user guides, and process descriptions.
  • Create, maintain, and publish digital learning content within our Learning Management System while supporting internal content owners.
  • Support global HR projects, system enhancements, process improvements, and new implementations.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues across multiple countries to continuously improve our global HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience

We believe you have:

  • 2–5 years of experience within HR administration, HR operations, or HR coordination in a global organisation.
  • Hands-on experience working in an HRIS/HCM system as an administrator.
  • Strong understanding of HR data management and the importance of data quality.
  • Experience supporting managers and employees in HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills and experience working with reports and HR data.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

It is considered an advantage if you also have experience with:

  • Sage People.
  • Litmos Learning Management System.
  • HR process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
