What is the job?

As Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll make sure our employees are enabled and empowered through HR programmes in your hotel. You’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life

Your day to day

• Assist your manager to create programmes to foster a positive work environment for all employees. Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey

• Educate and Support managers on HR disciplines to foster productivity and enhance performance

• Welcome and conduct new team member orientation

• Responsible for maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees

• Ensure hotel or company hiring standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed

• Works on HRMS and updates the system and records as per SOP

• Responsible for enrollment of staff in SSF and monthly staff contribution to the account.

• Supports reporting manager in complete Human Resources cycle

• Works as first point of contact to staff for any HR related concerns and issues.

• Wears uniform with pride and honor

• Any other duties as assigned by the management

What we need from you

• Bachelor's in human resources management or equivalent university degree

• Two years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English

• Other languages may be preferred
