We are now looking for a HR Coordinator, Finland & Baltics to join our Fiskars HR team in Espoo. The role is part time (2 days per week) and fixed term until the end of the year 2026.

Key Responsibilities as an HR Coordinator

  • Supporting employees and managers throughout the employment life cycle and responding to daily HR-related questions and requests.

  • Managing employee benefits administration and communicating important updates to both current and new employees.

  • Coordinating various HR administrative tasks

  • Working closely with the local HR team to provide a seamless employee experience.

  • Interest towards payroll processes and acting as a contact point for payroll-related inquiries.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organization.

Experience & knowledge:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator who enjoys learning new things and finding solutions independently. Previous experience in HR or payroll administration is an advantage, Finnish skills are a prerequisite.

You take ownership of your responsibilities, deliver tasks accurately and on time and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. You have a keen eye for detail, a positive can-do attitude and excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.

We expect you to have strong MS Office skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple systems simultaneously. Experience with Workday is considered a plus.

Availability to work two full days per week on-site is preferred. The specific working days can be discussed and agreed upon together.
