PART II: JOB SUMMARY: One paragraph to summarize the primary purpose of this position.

The HR Coordinator will work closely with the Recruiters to strategize execute daily pre­employment activities. The HR Coordinator will work in ATS and HRIS to assist with sourcing, candidate engagement, onboarding, and collaborating with operations focusing on interview experience. HR coordinators will be responsible for collecting compliance documents, storing documents in HRIS files, and ensuring each applicant has successfully completed necessary onboarding task.

Administrative Tasks:

o Tracking employee documents, engaging with processing hires to ensure the onboarding experience is successful.

o Interacting with recruiters and field operations to ensure applicant meets all necessary requirements to work for the company.

o Ensuring employee folders are complete and stores in Microsoft Teams, ensuring applicant files are placed in ADP Vantage Personal Confidential files.

o Ordering uniforms and working with site to ensure they are delivered timely.

o Signing employees up for LMS training, course storm, NEO, adequately monitoring all steps throughout pre-employment process.

o Maintaining employee records.

o Regulating compliance documents by ensuring the protection and safety of personal records are established.

o Working with recruiter to identify at risk processing employees to ensure the time to fill rate is minimized.

· Managing pre-employment compliance with KOJ or Concentra.

· Scheduling appointments and following up with medical clinics to obtain missing records.

· Assisting recruiters with upholding regulatory local, state, and federal regulations specifically around pre-employment.
