HR Coordinator

Description

The HR Coordinator serves as a key resource for employees, candidates and business partners by providing excellent customer service and administrative support across Human Resources. This position supports the employee lifecycle and HR processes while helping create a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities including I-9 management, employee photos and orientation schedules while ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating logistics.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for performance management, compliance, and employee relations processes.
• Assist with HRIS data entry, audits, and reporting.
• Coordinate employment verification requests and other routine employee documentation requests.
• Support employee recognition, engagement, training, and wellness initiatives.
• Help triage HR-related questions and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Help coordinate company events, employee meetings, and HR-sponsored programs.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• Minimum three years of HR-related experience

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Experience with HRIS systems, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or employee records management
