HR Coordinator (EMEA)

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support HR operations across Europe. In this role, you will assist with onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, employee records management, benefits administration, and employee relations support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and HR systems.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
• Monitor probation periods and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and termination letters.
• Assist with employee relations matters and HR policies.
• Generate HR reports for management and finance teams.
• Manage employee records while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR administration or HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of German labor laws; European employment law knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are an advantage.
