As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. This is a temporary full-time position ending on January 10, 2028.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and process employee changes within the HRIS
  • Prepare employment agreements, employee change letters, and employment verification letters
  • Monitor the HR Forms inbox and respond to general HR inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute HR metrics, reports, and other HR-related documentation
  • Administer the Professional Development Program and maintain associated records
  • Audit HRIS data and support reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including new hire packages, HRIS workflows, and orientation sessions
  • Process employee resignations and terminations and support the exit interview process
  • Track employee work authorizations, including SIN and work permit renewals
  • Maintain and update organizational charts
  • Support performance management, vacation balance reviews, and other employee programs
  • Assist with employee recognition, engagement initiatives, and HR projects
  • Support compliance, accreditation, and audit requirements
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs, benefits, compensation activities, and special projects
  • Provide general support to the People & Culture team as required

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or Human Resources role
  • CHRP/CPHR designation (or working toward one) is an asset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • French language skills are an asset
