Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating with multiple departments.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide timely assistance on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate training sessions and track employee development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
