Coordinator – Human Resources

Expected Tasks:

    • Responsible for coordinating and implementing HR administrative processes and provides broad functional advice to assigned areas of responsibility.

    • Assisting in provide human resource services to the organization and to assist in the achievement of Human Resource goals and objectives.

    • The coordinator will support the HR Business Partner in performing key HR functions such as reporting, HRIS, Staffing, Recruiting, Organizational changes, and Immigration support.

    • They will analyze and evaluate functional issues, select appropriate procedures and take decisions to solve them.

    • The HR Coordinator will also provide functional advice on HR-related matters to employees and act as key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with HRIT, if required.

    • This position is required to know and understand HR policies and procedures.

    • This position is expected to abide by Schaeffler's Code of Conduct and all policies and procedures while contributing to the achievement of company goals and objectives.

    • In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor that are essentially related to this position's duties.

Requirements for the position (e.g. training, experience, education, etc.)

    • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
    • Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
    • Awareness of staffing, recruiting, interviewing or employee relations (1-2 years experience preferred).
    • Basic knowledge of employment law with experience providing support for Human Resource related functions.
    • Exceptional customer service orientation.
    • Excellent communication and presentation ability (written & verbal).
    • Assertive approach to solving problems with continuous improvement approach.
    • Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, foster relationships and ability to conceptualize & drive projects to completion.
    • PC proficiency including MS Office, HRIS systems and other software programs.
    • External applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship
