The position will be an extension of the HR Buisness Partner for an assigned Business Unit. The role is to undertake any HR related topic in the BU, escalated disciplinary actions, dismissals, development programs, employee satisfaction plans and policy compliance.
Education and specific training
Bachelor´s degree.
Preferably Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy or Similar

Key Responsibilities
Execution of HR unit plans and assure alignment with company strategy and policy.
Serves as a point of contact for the operation or functions assigned for all matters related to human resources.
Employee Relations Matters
Creation of performance action plans related to Attrition and disciplinary KPI’s (partnering with operation and other support areas)
Staff recruitment and selection process
Follow up with ESAT action Plan
Ensure the execution of HR programs and initiatives
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Promoter and Monitor of Company Values
Strategic Partner to all department leaders for People Management strategy
Vigilant of any employee related issues internally and externally.
Establish and Monitor communication channels with all employees
Manage and control department expenditure within agreed budgets.
Monitor compliance to Health and Safety norms in accordance to local law and company policy.
Budget allocation for distribution with external suppliers for events and activities on and off site.
Creation of Unit event Calendar in calibration with Site or City Calendar,
Work Experience
Must have a strong human sense and previous customer service experience.
Knowledge in labor laws.
Highly desired to have experience in human resources process.
Technical skills
Analytics skills
Excellent computer skills
