Job Description

About a role:

The HR Reporting & Controlling Analyst supports the preparation and delivery of recurring HR reports and dashboards. This role contributes to workforce monitoring and compliance tracking by collecting and organizing HR data. The position requires attention to detail, good technical knowledge of HR KPIs, and the ability to work in coordination with other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver standard HR reports (e.g., FTE, long-term illness, crisis, overtime, strike, compliance).
  • Generate standard, recurring, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly HR reports, ensuring compliance with deadlines and maintaining a high quality of delivered data.
  • Maintain and update recurring dashboards and KPIs in SAP BI, SAP BW, Power BI, Analysis for Office, and Excel.
  • Execute and maintain SAP BW and SAP Query reports related to PA, OM, and TM.
  • Generate compliance deficit reports, extract and report overtime data, compile workforce metrics, and provide FTE data for Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Support operational planning and HR performance tracking by consolidating and analyzing workforce data and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and support annual HR planning and workforce planning processes, including budgeting, hiring mandate generation, and compliance certificates.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting as required.
  • Collaborate with the HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist, Service Manager, and internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, maintain existing reports, and develop new basic custom reports.
  • Support Reporting Specialist in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with HR reporting standards and workforce planning requirements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR controlling, reporting, or workforce analytics roles.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR, SAP OneHRIS, Oracle).
  • Experience with ticketing and workflow tools (e.g., Neocase, ServiceNow, or Jira).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with SAP Queries, SAP BW/BI, Power BI, Analysis for Office, and Think-cell.
  • Understanding of HR KPIs, workforce planning, compliance metrics, and HR reporting processes.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills with strong time management and deadline adherence.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability, result orientation, sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to independently plan and manage own work.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
