Key Responsibilities:
HR Communication Planning
• Partner with HR leaders and subject matter experts to define communication objectives, audiences, key messages, timing, channels, and desired outcomes.
• Create communication plans for HR programs, policy updates, process changes, employee engagement efforts, and HR-led initiatives.
• Coordinate communication timelines, drafts, approvals, revisions, distribution support, and follow-up actions.
• Gather feedback and basic engagement insights to improve HR communication clarity, usefulness, and consistency.
Content Development and Messaging
• Develop clear and engaging HR communications for employees, managers, leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Draft and edit announcements, employee updates, FAQs, guides, talking points, newsletters, intranet content, and manager resources.
• Translate complex or sensitive HR information into employee-friendly messaging that is clear, accurate, and action-oriented.
• Maintain consistency in HR messaging, tone, branding, formatting, and visual presentation across HR materials.
Presentation and Visual Communication
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations, one-page summaries, toolkits, visual guides, and meeting materials.
• Bring a creative and strategic lens to HR storytelling, presentation design, and employee-facing materials.
• Create visually clear resources that help employees and leaders understand HR programs, process changes, and key actions.
Change Communication and Leader Enablement
• Support change communication efforts by helping employees and leaders understand what is changing, why it matters, and what actions are needed.
• Create leader and manager materials that support consistent messaging and effective rollout of HR initiatives.
• Develop talking points, FAQs, rollout guides, and other resources that help managers communicate confidently with their teams.
HR Content Resources and Employee Experience
• Maintain and improve HR-owned content areas, templates, and communication resources.
• Support employee lifecycle communications related to onboarding, benefits, engagement, learning and development, performance, policy updates, and other HR-led touchpoints.
• Help ensure HR content is organized, accessible, current, and useful to employees and leaders.
