You will contribute toworkforce transformation and HR advisory projects across the employee lifecycle, combining analytical work, clientinteractionand structured project support.

Be a part of our team where you will:

Review,designand implement HR practices and policies:

  • Analysz existing HR processes, visualize them and contribute todesigningmore efficient and pragmatic workflows.
  • Support the development ofrecommendations and best practices , and contribute to their implementationin theclients’ organization.
  • Stay informed aboutemerging HR trends,methodologiesand tools, and translate them into practical solutions.


Support projects with workforce data analysis

  • Collect,structureandanalyze data to extract meaningful insights related toworkforce trends, skills,remunerationand other HR topics
  • Create or support thedevelopment ofHR dashboards and visualizations , ensuring clarity,accuracyand relevance for clients
  • Develop your ability totell a story with data and link insights to business and people decisions

Support clients with project management activities

  • Support the development ofproject plans, coordination of tasks and organization of meetings
  • Contribute to documentation, follow‑up on milestones and tracking of progress


Contribute to the preparation of client offers

  • Analyze tender documentation andidentifyrelevant requirements
  • Prepare concepts and draft project approaches , presenting them clearly and concisely in writing
  • Support internal coordination and administrative processes linked to proposal development

  • Have Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology,Economicsor a related field;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in HR consulting or in a generalist HR role, with exposure to HR processes across the employee lifecycle;
  • Have a strong interest andconfidence in working with HR data , ensuring accuracy,structureand meaningful insights;
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.); familiarity with Power BI is a strong asset;
  • Have analytical thinking and the ability to quickly understand new and complex topics;
  • Possess clear and structuredwriting and communication skills , including for presentations and client documentation;
  • Are fluent inEnglish and French ; Luxembourgish or German is a strong asset;
  • Have curiosity, ownershipmindsetand a genuine interest incontinuously developing yourexpertise.
