We're looking for an HR Consultant in our Technology & Transformation Talent PMO team to provide exceptional operational support and contribute to the delivery of tech-enabled Talent processes. This role plays an important part in driving consistency, optimisation and embedding Talent projects and processes that improve employee the experience across the employment life cycle This is a 12-month opportunity, based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
What will your typical day look like?
Our team are passionate about partnering with the business to deliver value and create the best place to work for our people. This role is a key enabler for the Technology and Transformation Talent team, supporting the delivery of operational activities, cyclical projects and strategic HR initiatives through data analysis and insights. You will also collaborate with the broader Talent Team in the Technology and Transformation Business unit, Talent SMEs and Green Dot teams to optimise Talent processes and cyclical activities by leveraging technology and AI to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
