Due to an exciting period of growth and new client wins, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Consultant to join our Glasgow team on a full or part time (minimum 4 days per week) basis.
We are a full-service people consultancy, working with our clients to support them with their HR, Health & Safety and Talent Development needs. Our unique range of services enable
clients to deliver their ambitions through the most critical part of their organisation – people.
Our team comprises of 60+ HR, Health & Safety and Talent Development specialists working across six locations, with plans to expand further. We are fully invested in our clients’ businesses and work in partnership with them to help to build better workplaces.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our supportive and close-knit team. The role may be suited to someone with experience in an internal HR role looking to move to a consultancy role, where the focus is on building strong relationships with clients and giving sound, commercial advice. Alternatively, you may already work for a consultancy and be looking to move to a smaller, growing business with lots of room to grow and develop.
We are looking for a candidate who wants to further develop their HR and Employment Law knowledge within a fast-paced business environment, who can build relationships quickly and is excited to support a range of clients across sectors.
