Compliance & File Management

• Conduct file audits and compliance reviews
• Follow up on missing documentation and requirements
• Maintain employee records and compliance standards

Onboarding Support

• Support caregiver onboarding and orientation processes

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable managing documentation and records
• Organized and able to track multiple open items at once
