We are looking for motivated and dynamic professionals to join our growing Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR functions within a fast-paced and evolving organization. Multiple openings are available, with role assignments, job titles, and compensation packages tailored to each candidate’s qualifications, experience, and potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) requirements.
• Assist in internal and external ISO audits, documentation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation.
• Support employee awareness and training programs related to quality, information security, and HR compliance.
• Monitor compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare HR and compliance reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations and Compliance.
• Hands-on experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management systems is mandatory.
• Experience coordinating internal and external ISO audits and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
