HR Compensation Business Analyst is a detailed oriented candidate that will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and other partners to identify business challenges, gather and document requirements, and recommend improvements to the systems and processes. The candidate will be also responsible for addressing production issue and supporting Compensation and Deferred Compensation groups.
