We are looking for an energetic and driven HR Co-ordinatorto join our teamina permanent, full-time position.You willreport into theHR Business Partner – ANZ and support the HR Advisor – ANZ in the delivery ofhigh qualityHR Serviceswhile ensuring enterprise consistency (corporate policy,processand system standards). Liaise with other functions in-country to ensure a coordinated flow in the delivery of HR services.

  • Experience in retailand HR

  • Experience with HR Information Systems, Microsoft 365and the HR Service Delivery model meet the needs of the business.

  • Strongattention to detail,problem-solvingskillsand confidentiality

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working well with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities (includeBut Are Not Limited To)

HR Systems Management and Employee Data

  • Manage the end-to-end process for onboarding and offboarding of employees (as per above and including Workday, payroll, concur, equipment & tools, corporate cards)

  • Liaise with IT, Finance, Payroll, Operations and store teams to enableemployeeonboarding andfinalizeemployee offboarding

  • Support Managers/Employees with first level systems usage (Workday, Tanda)

  • Track weekly and monthly changes of employee attributes to prepare payroll advice, support employees with benefits queries

  • Track andmonitoremployee data in WorkdayMonthly audits to ensure data isaccurateandmaintained

  • Work with HRBP, HR Advisor,Payrolland IT to ensure the effective integration and administration of employee data within the employee lifecycle and the payroll processing timelines.

  • Conduct regular audits of Workday data to ensure employee data integrity and compliance

Case Management and Communication

  • Track and manage HR case volume to ensure adequate and timely support to support the business.

  • Execute and manage key service level metrics and adherence to those metrics (iefirst call clearance, case management, response time, escalation time,etc).

Recruitment

  • Support recruitment backend support - interview scheduling, background checks, reference checks, offer documentation, onboarding documentation & scheduling

General HR Projects and Administration

  • Support HR with annual HR projects that arise to ensure continuous improvement of the ANZ HR department.

  • Partner withANZDTC team on a project basis to ensure effective execution of HR documentation and legally compliant reporting.

  • Support with effective management of HR invoices

  • Administrationinvolvedin the effective onboarding of employees includingissuing ofcredit cards, vendorcreationand other ad hoc administrative tasks.
