Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an HR Assistant to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation, submission, and follow-up of work permit applications and related documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated and compliant
Provide administrative support to the HR department on daily tasks and employee-related matters
Liaise with government authorities, employees, and internal stakeholders regarding work permit processes
Support additional HR projects and activities as training and experience develop
Key Requirements:
Previous administrative experience or a strong interest in starting a career in Human Resources
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems
Interest or aptitude in IT systems and technology would be considered an asset
