Key Responsibilities:

• As a key member to participate key C&B processes and structure design, including planning and regular review process.
• Support the payroll admin to manage the whole payroll process, ensuring accuracy and effective communication with payroll vendors.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across C&B operations to enhance efficiency and control.
• Manage various HR service vendors to make best practice of C&B operation and continuous employee satisfactory and engagement.
• Operate of employee stock compensation programs, including process design, involve in the whole process of registration, execution and related employee communication.
• HR system expert of implementation and optimization, including system setup, process standardization, and data governance.
• Support audit activities, including preparation of required documentation, process review, and addressing audit findings.
• Data analysis to support C&B decision-making and reporting.
• Other manager requires HR related work.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of PRC labor law, individual income tax, social security regulations.
• Good experience in MNC for total compensation management, exp. Experience of expatriate compensation and stock based compensation operation.
• Proficiency in excel, PPT, familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, analytical tool professional is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
